Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Orders containing products from multiple brands may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your order contains products from multiple suppliers you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment — this is normal and all packages are part of the same order.

Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged please contact us through our Contact Us page and we'll make it right as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and a description of the issue when reaching out.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time. If this changes this policy will be updated accordingly.
